We work ahead of your schedule, so you always have the labour you need, when you need it.

We are incredibly diligent with the people we register to the company, and believe that vetting and referencing are key to ensuring high levels of service.

In order for a tradesman to register with Bond Site Services they must prove their right to work in the UK, provide their trade-specific qualifications and accreditations, as well as a minimum of 3 trades based references from Site Managers and Foremen only. We do not accept other agency references nor HR references. We like to know from the previous managers of our workers what they are like on site.

We approach recruitment from a technical perspective, in that we only generally employ ex-tradespeople and Engineers. We do not generally employ ‘Sales people’ as where it can be helped we do not like to sell. 70% of our work comes from referrals and networking on sites we’re currently on. We believe a technical point of view is better than a sales one.

We are proud that we take the time to understand your project and the complexities of it, as it enables us to try and work ahead of your schedule, so you always have the tradespeople you need, when you need them.

Overall Bond Site Services operates as a Recruitment Agency, but we like to feel that the technical expertise we offer helps fill in the normal gaps between a Site Manager and a Sales Person.
